Twinfield® 3

DiagnosticVisual Field Testing

Full-field bowl perimeter for static and kinetic visual field testing, with glaucoma analysis built in.

Twinfield 3 is the latest OCULUS bowl perimeter, for glaucoma management, neurological diagnosis and expert opinions such as driving licence assessments. It covers the full 90° field with both static and Goldmann-style kinetic perimetry, and its new software reads data from earlier Twinfield models so no follow-up history is lost.

  • 90°full-field eccentricity
  • ≤ 3 minper eye with SPARK
  • ~40 sSPARK initial assessment

Key features

  1. 01

Static and kinetic in one device

Threshold and suprathreshold static tests plus manual, assisted and automated kinetic perimetry with all Goldmann stimulus sizes, out to 90° full field.

  2. 02

    Fast glaucoma testing with SPARK

SPARK measures the central field in four phases, at most 3 minutes per eye, with a first result in about 40 seconds. High repeatability makes it suited to progression monitoring.

  3. 03

    Glaucoma decision tools

Glaucoma Staging System (GSS 2), Glaucoma Staging Program (GSP) risk assessment, cumulative defect curve and Threshold Noiseless Trend (TNT) progression analysis.

  4. 04

    Easier for patient and staff

Pre-recorded audio instructions in several languages, a motorized chin rest synchronized with the headrest, and step-by-step on-screen guidance.

  5. 05

    Keeps historical data

The redesigned software is compatible with data from previous Twinfield models. It supports EMR integration and optional DICOM.

  6. 06

    Flexible installation

Multiple table options, or use an existing ophthalmic table. An optional tablet mount is available.
